What is Supported Housing?
Supported housing is typically defined as a housing service where housing, support and/or care services are provided to help people to live as independently as possible. Supported housing provides homes for a wide range of people including older people, people with a learning disability and autistic people, people with mental health related needs, vulnerable young people and people who have experienced homelessness.

Do I qualify?
To qualify for accommodation with support, the applicant must demonstrate a housing need as well as other support needs that prevents them from sustaining their own tenancy. Care, support and supervision is a mixture of practical, financial and emotional support for adults who need more than minimal support to manage their lives and be independent.

What is care support and supervision?
Support Workers will work with residents to create an individual support plan that enables the resident to work towards developing and maintaining key living skills and coping mechanisms which will equip them with the necessary skills to move on to manage their own tenancy independently whilst also providing access to courses providing key skills to access work or further education.
Who are managing agents?
