  Working in the CSS Team within the Tenant & Support Services department, no day is the same. We’re responsible for ensuring that tenant files meet the requirements of Birmingham City Council and Housing Benefit claims remain in payment. I enjoy my role as I get to play an active part in ensuring that our tenants are receiving the support that they need to regain their independence
  I am the HR Officer at Reliance Social Housing.
